Feasibility Studies & System Design

Before a concrete project is implemented, we regularly carry out feasibility studies on behalf of clients. The feasibility studies basically clarify the following three aspects:

Electrical Development

All electrical components of the machines or parts are drawn, planned and entered into the schematic so that all components can be accommodated in the model.

Mechanical & Thermal Development

All components of the machines or parts are designed, planned and entered into the system so that all components can be represented in the model in this way.

• Thermal system design (Visio)

Software Development

One of our core competences is software development for products, electric drives, complete systems and vehicles. This enables us to develop vehicle control units, displays or operating panels completely in-house.

• Connection to Remote Systems (IoT)

Prototype Construction & Production

For 10 years we have been building prototypes and small series of electric vehicles and machines. This results in well-founded experience concerning intensive testing and the evaluation of all findings for series productions.

Documentation & Certification

Various technical documentations are required for machines and products. The creation of these documents provides the basis for a successful continuation of the projects.
