Various technical documentations are required for machines and products. The creation of these documents provides the basis for a successful continuation of the projects.

Project finalization

All our prototype projects start with the intention of serial production. The elaboration in CAD and CAE allows a complete documentation of the product by creating easy-to-understand manuals, the operating instructions for users, workshop manuals for service personnel as well as spare parts catalogs and rescue cards. These documents are crucial for the further course of the project, because on the basis of these instructions our clients can carry out the placing on the market including approval and establish a first level service.

Our support in EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) measurements for electric vehicles by technical experts in accredited laboratories enables us to carry out EMC acceptance tests quickly and efficiently, which are crucial for approval. We can also support CE marking in accordance with the Machinery Directive. For this purpose, we carry out a suitable risk analysis on request.

Feasibility studies

Feldschlösschen electric truck

On behalf of Feldschlösschen Getränke AG, we conducted a feasibility study for an electric truck. The analysis of the 18 t electric truck for beverage delivery was focused on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
